AWAY

I wanna fly away…
From the spoken lies
From the darkened skies
From their horrible lives
From their angry eyes

I wanna break away…
From society’s expectations
From their fake resolutions
From their false ministrations
From their enervating infiltrations

I wanna run away…
Take my mask and breathe again
Open my eyes and see again
Melt the ice and feel again
Break the bonds and live again.
